At The SANCTUARY RESORT enjoy Great fishing for Muskie, Northern pike, LakeTrout,
Big Walleye, and Bass. You may also take in some Swimming, Wilderness Camping,
Relaxing, Bird Watching, Stare gazing, and an eco-tour. Located on a large beautiful
pine covered island, it is the ideal location for all of these activities. The Sanctuary
Resort has been owned and operated by the Horley family for well OVER 50 years. Since
we are located in the CLEAREST WATER on Lake of the Woods,your time here is sure to
be enjoyable. You can also explore our hiking trails or enjoy a lake tour where you can
stop and relax while taking in the AWE INSPIRING scenery as your guide prepares a
DELICIOUS SHORE LUNCH.
